あんかけ焼きそば(塩)と広東麺(塩)が食べたくなったら、いつもこちらに行きます。 中華料理のお店と思えない程オシャレなお店で、器もオシャレで綺麗です。 他の方も書かれていますが、提供まで時間がかかります。 美味しくボリュームもありお腹いっぱいになります。

味は間違いなく旨い。オススメできる店。 しかし、かなりの混雑ゆえ、料理が運ばれてくるまで相当待つことを覚悟する必要がある。 土曜日の昼時に訪問したが、席に案内されるまでにかなり時間を要したうえ、カウンター席に案内され着席後、料理が運ばれてくるまでに更に40分ほどかかった。 実際の調理役はマスター1人が厨房で奮闘。作業を拝見すると、１つの中華鍋に一人前ずつを2箇所のコンロで同時にフル回転させて調理しているが、一度に2人前が限度のため待ち時間が出ている模様。 それでも、時間に余裕があるときは、また必ず行きたい。 今回、一緒に行った連れが醤油ラーメンを食べ、スープを一口飲まさせてもらったのだが、その美味さに感動。次回はやきそばよりも、絶対に広東麺にしようと心に決めている。
